Questions You Might Ask:
Do I have to collect the money?
No, you do not have to collect the money. Turn in your Pledge Forms at the walk and the money can be collected through the mail. If sponsors want to give you the money, please mark “Paid Cash” or “Paid Check” below their name, and turn in the checks and/or cash with your Pledge Forms.
How can I support the MSCC but not walk/run?
You can sign up as a virtual participant on the registration website!
How much can I raise?
There’s no limit — you’ll be surprised how easy it is! Nine out of ten people will say YES! The more people you ask, the more help we will be able to provide.
What if it rains?
Bring an umbrella and walk, or walk in the Community Center gymnasium or just bring the forms to us on the day of the Walk and walk on your own as soon as possible.
How do I ask someone to sponsor me and who will do it?
Simply ask everyone you know…”Will you sponsor me?” Read these possibilities! At Work: Co-workers, staff, your boss. Family: Parents, siblings, cousins. Friends: Church, clubs, neighbors, students and anyone who knows you. Mail or E-Mail & social media such as Facebook.
