Join us for one of our favorite evenings of the year as the Mount Sterling Community Center partners with our local first responders to bring together two incredible community traditions: our Annual Back-to-School Bash and National Night Out.
This free community event is designed to help local families prepare for the upcoming school year while celebrating the people, organizations, and first responders who help make our community stronger. Whether you’re getting your child ready for the first day of school, looking for a fun evening with the family, or simply wanting to connect with neighbors, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Helping Families Prepare for the School Year
As students get ready to head back to the classroom, families will have access to a variety of resources to help make the transition a little easier. Available while supplies last, families can take advantage of:
- School supplies
- Personal care items
- Haircuts
- Additional back-to-school resources
Our goal is to help every student begin the school year feeling prepared, confident, and excited for what’s ahead.
Family Fun for Everyone
Of course, Back to School Bash wouldn’t be complete without plenty of activities for the whole family! Throughout the evening, guests can enjoy:
- Touch-A-Truck experiences
- A foam party
- Face painting
- Inflatables
- Games and activities
- Food and treats
- Giveaways
- And much more!
There will be opportunities for children to play, families to spend time together, and community members to connect while enjoying an evening full of excitement.
Celebrating National Night Out
By partnering with National Night Out, we’re creating even more opportunities for our community to come together with the local first responders who serve Mount Sterling every day. This special collaboration encourages positive relationships between community members and public safety personnel in a relaxed, family-friendly environment.
Take time to meet the people who help keep our community safe, explore emergency vehicles during Touch-A-Truck, and enjoy an evening centered around community pride and connection.
